At our Rochester Hills location, you or your child will learn a mixed martial arts curriculum that includes only the most effective and realistic techniques from striking & grappling arts (Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Karate, Jiu Jitsu).
That’s not a knock on schools that embrace styles. There are advantages to just training in one. But we strongly prefer the mixed approach.

Imagine that you or your child is excellent at grappling and fighting on the ground and takedowns.
But they can’t even make a proper fist. They don’t even know how to block or evade a punch.
That will always be an incomplete package.
-
Imagine that you or your child is excellent at punching and kicking.
But they have absolutely no idea what to do if they get taken to the ground.
