The “22” in Legacy 22 refers to the 22 virtues that we strive to impart upon our students, and embody ourselves (however imperfectly). You can learn more about them on our 22 Virtues page.

You can email us at info@thelegacy22.com.

Keep in mind that 99% of questions you may have are right here on this website. We go into great depth. But feel free to email us if you find that something is missing.

At our Canton location, you or your child will learn a mixed martial arts curriculum that includes only the most effective and realistic techniques from striking & grappling arts (Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Karate, Jiu Jitsu).

That’s not a knock on schools that embrace styles. There are advantages to just training in one. But we strongly prefer the mixed approach.

Imagine that you or your child is excellent at grappling and fighting on the ground and takedowns.

But they can’t even make a proper fist. They don’t even know how to block or evade a punch.

That will always be an incomplete package.

Imagine that you or your child is excellent at punching and kicking.

But they have absolutely no idea what to do if they get taken to the ground.

That’s a disaster waiting to happen. Martial artists need to know it all.
