Life-changing martial arts for kids (3+), teens, & adults.

The “22” refers to the 22 virtues of a martial artist that our students strive towards improving upon. You can learn more about them on our 22 Virtues page.

All of our students learn a mixed martial arts curriculum. For an in-depth understanding, head to our Self-Defense page.

This website was developed to give you maximum transparency. We have nothing to hide.

There is only one way to get started at Legacy 22: just click on the “Text Me Free Trial Options” button at the bottom of any page and see if we’re a good fit for yourself.

We currently have locations in Canton, Dexter, Northville, & Rochester Hills. Click on the “Academies” folder for details about the location nearest to you.

Same school! Different name!

Just go ahead and use the “Text Me Free Trial Openings” button as if you were new. If you’ve been gone for a short period of time, you can simply enroll when you arrive.

If you’ve taken a long break, you can just try out a class for free before enrolling (make sure it’s still a good fit).
